1. Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Service

Finality of Payment:

• Commitment to Service: Once you decide to proceed with EDGEORA’s services and make the payment, it is important to understand that this payment is final. Our services are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Immediate Allocation of Funds: Upon receipt of your payment, the funds are immediately allocated as follows:
  • Freezone Fees: A portion of your payment is directed to the relevant freezone authority in Dubai to facilitate the creation of your company. This fee is non-refundable as it secures the services and administrative efforts of the freezone.
  • Visa Processing: Another portion of your payment is used to initiate the visa process, including securing an investor visa and obtaining an Emirates ID. These costs are also non-refundable as they are paid directly to the relevant government authorities.

2. Process and Service Commitment

Understanding the Process:

• Service Begins After Payment: The entire process, including company formation, visa processing, and obtaining the Emirates ID, only begins after the full payment is received. Prior to payment, no service will commence beyond the initial free consultation.
• No Cancellations: Once payment is made, the process is irrevocable. We cannot cancel the services as commitments are made on your behalf with various authorities in Dubai.
• No Partial Refunds: As the process involves third-party services (e.g., freezone authorities, government entities), once the service is initiated, no partial refunds are possible, regardless of the stage of completion.

3. Delays and Adjustments

Flexibility in Timeline:

• Process Delays: If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request to delay the process. However, this does not affect the finality of the payment. The process can be paused and resumed at a later date for an extra costs, but cancellation is not an option.

• Pre-Service Consultation: Before committing to our services, you will have the opportunity to engage in a free 45-minute consultation. During this session, we will:
  • Provide a comprehensive overview of the steps involved in setting up your business in Dubai.
  • Explain the legal and administrative requirements.
  • Outline the expected timeline and costs.
  • Answer any questions or concerns you may have.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Client Agreement:

• Acknowledgment: By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to the terms outlined in this refund and cancellation policy. You acknowledge that once payment is made, the service is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
